I miss Italy, but I love being HOME!!

Walking by the Duomo every day
Seeing the beautiful scenery
Everything is in walking distance
Cooking amazing food
Gusta Pizza
Meeting new people everyday
Taking a food class
Nutella
Traveling on weekends
Living in a history filled town, I have learned so much these
Beautiful Christmas Lights
Learning Italian and the other languages around me
Beautiful Weather
Learning about the culture of Italy
PIZZA and PASTA!!
Fresh Mozzarella
Learning the history of Florence!


I love home because:

There are no Mosquitoes
I have a dryer to dry my clothes in
Peanut butter
I will know what people are saying 24/7
School buildings will be 5 minutes away and not 30 minutes away
Seeing my dog coco
No cobblestones
To see snow
Christmas decorations up in my house!
To see my family
Not having to deal with mold in the apartment
Watching English tv shows
Sleeping in my own bed
Having heat for more than 8 hours day
Having a bigger kitchen to cook in
I can drive a car

Bonjour Paris!

This past weekend I went to Paris with Alexis, Brittany, Jenny and Katie to celebrate Jenny's 21st birthday!! I officially love Paris, I wish I could have stayed there 2 more days because it is so beautiful! The first day that we landed it was kind of foggy that is why you can only see half of the Eiffel Tower in some pictures, but Saturday and Sunday were beautiful!

Thursday Afternoon:
1. Got on a train from Florence to Pisa
2. Went on a plane from Pisa to PARIS, FRANCE!
3. Figured out the Metro system
4. Got to our hostel Le Regent Montmartre at 11:30 pm at night! 


Friday: 
1. Eiffel Tower: made a wish under the Eiffel Tower at 11/11/11 @ 11:11 am
2. Arc de Triomphe
3. Saw the outside of Muse de L'Armee
4. Obelsque (Devil Wears Prada (movie) Foundation)
5. The Louvre Museum
6. Moulin Rouge
7. Ate at Cafe de Luna
8. Nutella Crepe

2. Le Louvre: saw Mona Lisa and other Leornado Di'Vanci painting
3. Notre Dame Cathedral
4. Got a caricature done of us in front of the Notre Dame Cathedral
5. At at a French restaurant to celebrate Jenny's 21st Birthday
- Onion Soup
- Escargot (snail)
- Salad
- Red wine
6. Went to the Eiffel Tower at night and we saw it light up, it was gorgeous!

Sunday:
1. Shopping
2. Nutella Crepe
3. Starbucks
4. Eiffel Tower Charm that I am going to make a necklace out of
5. Got on a flight back to Paris and ran to catch a train to Florence from Pisa. We almost missed our train back to Florence!

Overall, IT WAS A FUN WEEKEND!!!!  I wish I had a couple more days to spend in Paris! I LOVED it!!
